Dear Edwin

I am writing personally to thank you for starting this company!

You came to our rescue when we had people visiting and you produced a beautiful meal for our guests.  The quality of the food was so good and it was easy to notice the personal touch with the presentation and quality and quantity of the products used, both the meat as well as the spices.  The flavours were to die for.  My guests were very impressed and we talked about the love that had gone into creating the dishes.

The 'Murgh Makhani Butter Chicken' was delicious and the spice just right for our palate, not to mention the aroma.  The rice too was cooked to perfection and the 'raitha' added the right touch.  Brussels sprouts not usually my favourite vegetable because of its bitterness was so well prepared that it camouflaged the bitterness and is now one of my favourite dishes to order.

Wish you luck in your endeavour and hope to place some orders in the near future.

Dear Edwin Bastian
Spice of Life Caterers was recommended to us by word of mouth, although not being a restaurant we managed to get a hold of the fresh and tasty dishes made by them again and again. The dishes are unique and much different and tastier than what you find in Indian Restaurants here in Perth. The Mughlai Dum Biryani is the best we tasted, along with the seafood dishes. Recently we had a birthday party and hired Spice of Life Caterers. Our guests were amazed by the quality, the presentation of the three-course buffet and the food was beyond compare. The price was fair and worth every cent, hats off to them! This is the best traditional Indian place to source any Indian cooked dish, hands down. If you would like to eat traditional Indian food, try them. The food is really tasty and not over spiced. I hope they will continue to keep up the good food quality. Keep up the good work

Case Study 3

Our family was on a holiday in Perth and was invited to a family dinner. The dish that stood out for me was the Chandigarh Beef curry, a famous dish from Punjab that was ordered from Spice of Life Caterers. A good north Indian dish, what was amazing about this dish was the combination of the mix of spices, the heat from the chillies was correct making it very palatable. This unique dish was an explosion of well-balanced flavours of Indian spices. The beef pieces were chunky and succulent and cooked to the right degree. The gravy was to the right consistency, it went well with parathas (Indian bread), and it was no different from a genuine home-cooked meal. I genuinely enjoyed this tasty dish. At the family gathering, there were others at the table who spoke very highly about Edwin’s various dishes. If you a based in Perth and looking to try some good traditional and flavoursome Indian food, I would recommend trying Spice of Life Caterers.  Their chef certainly know his flavours.
